Thank you for considering Emersons Green Veterinary Referrals for your clients and patients. We will ensure the highest quality of care and service for anyone referred to us. Our referrals charter includes 

• Call backs for all queries within 48hrs and within 2 hrs for emergency cases Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm (assuming adequately annotated query) 
• Out of hours queries and support for current ongoing cases 
• Referral Reports* within 72 hrs 
• *Ultrasound reports - same day 
• Cytology results  from 5hrs to 24hrs 
• Ongoing support  for clients to include post operative assessments and any queries they might have 

We accept all forms of referral  

• History , labs and x-rays sent directly from your PMS to referrals@emersonvet.co.uk 
• An email with contact details of the client - we will do the rest. Emails referrals@emersonvet.co.uk 
• Upload straight into our referrals admin port by completing our referral forms 
• Ultrasound Referral Form 
• Dental Referral form 
• Generic / Other Referral Form 
• WhatsApp - send any information for any of our services and we will call you back 

Once we receive your request we will contact the owner as soon as possible to organise their referral. 

Got a question you need answering as soon as? 

We have a WhatsApp business account for any queries you might have. If you have an intra-operative query send us a WhatsApp with photos, videos or just text and we will endeavour to call you back ASAP. If your query can wait till the end of the day we reply to non urgent / routine WhatsApp queries then.
